The photo you are seeing here in these murals was taken on a November evening that was just perfect. I was heading home, and crossing over the Mississippi River when I saw how amazing this scene looked. The low hanging clouds, and mirror-like reflections in the river, it was amazing to see. Thankfully this view is just five minutes away from home, so I went home, grabbed my camera, and quickly went back to the bridge to grab some photos of this scene. The bad news to that is I just quickly grabbed everything and didn't check things the way I normally do. I arrived at the bridge only to find out the battery in my camera was dead. Thankfully I always keep a backup battery fully charged. That battery was, however, back at home. So I quickly ran back home, grabbed the charged battery, and ran back to the bridge again. Thankfully the scene hadn't changed at all and I was able to capture this very romantic scene of the Minneapolis skyline along the Mississippi River.
