This has always been my favorite angle to photograph the castle.
Not just for how it looks, but for how it builds.
The bridge draws you in, guiding your eye naturally toward the castle, revealing the scene one step at a time. It’s a perspective that feels intentional, as if the image is unfolding before you.
But on this visit, something caught me off guard.
A fountain.
Simple during the day, but full of potential.
I came back that night hoping for something more.
The crowd was still there when I returned.
This isn’t a location where you can take your time. It’s one of those rare spots where photographers cycle through, one at a time, each waiting for their moment.
So I waited.
And when the opening came, I stepped in and worked quickly.
Because moments like this don’t wait for you.
Then the fountain lit up.
Color moved through the water. Light reflected across the scene. And suddenly, everything shifted.
