My Favorite Reflections of the Minneapolis Skyline Photo

Minneapolis Skyline Reflection 4 - Minneapolis Skyline Art | William Drew Photography

I'm going to tell you the story of the night I got rained on. The night that I took the photo above was one of the craziest nights that I have had while taking photos of my favorite skyline. The sky changed so fast this night. I went from seeing a lot of blue sky to getting rained on in about 5 minutes.

The photo above was taken at 7:09 PM.

This next photo is the one that I took at 7:05 PM.

So, yes, the sky changed that fast in just four minutes. Then after taking the photo at the top of the page, I packed up my gear and walked back to my car, and I didn't make it very far before the rain started falling.

I have always been someone who has loved watching storms roll in and watch the clouds, but in this case, it was something I had never seen before with how fast it all changed.

I'll show you another one.

This one was taken 10 minutes before the middle photo. And as you can see, there is barely a cloud in the sky.

As you can see, that was quite the crazy night watching the clouds. I loved every minute of it.
